Questions
The things people ask us first.
If your question isn't here, ask it during a 15-minute demo. You'll get a straight answer either way.
What does a build include, and what does it cost?
Every build — dental, law and conveyancing, or real estate agency — includes pages designed around your business, a lead-capture form connected to your inbox, and launch on your domain. A website is a one-off build followed by a monthly care plan; the AI receptionist is a one-off setup followed by a monthly fee. The amounts depend on what your business actually needs, so we talk it through on a short call, then set out the scope, timeline, cost and terms in a written proposal before you commit.
What is a concept site, and does it cost anything?
Before we ask for a conversation, we build an unofficial concept site for your business from information that's already public. It costs nothing to see and creates no obligation. Only if you like it do we talk about building the real thing.
What's included in the monthly care plan?
Managed hosting, software and security updates, backups, uptime monitoring, and one content change handled by us every month — new hours, a new team member, an updated fee guide, that kind of thing.
How long does a website typically take?
A typical build runs several weeks from discovery to launch, depending on how quickly content is available. We agree a fixed timeline with you after the 15-minute demo and hold to it.
Will my copy meet the advertising rules for my profession?
We write inside the rules we know apply — Ahpra's guidelines for dental, the Legal Profession Uniform Law for legal advertising, and Australian Consumer Law and under-quoting rules for real estate. You should still apply your own compliance sign-off before launch, as with any marketing material.
What does the AI receptionist do?
It can cover all calls, business hours, alongside your team, after hours or overflow, as configured. It uses approved answers and captures enquiries or booking requests. Direct booking, staff hand-offs, summaries and urgent-call routing depend on your setup and testing. AI disclosure and recording choices are agreed before launch; it never gives clinical advice.
Has the AI receptionist been used by a real practice yet?
Not yet. It is a working system we have tested with synthetic calls, and we are looking for our first pilot practices. We would rather tell you that plainly than imply results we don't have. A demo call is available on request.
Can you migrate our existing website?
Yes. We handle the technical migration — domain, email records, redirects from your old pages and preservation of your search presence — as part of the launch process.
Who owns the website and its content?
Your business does. Your branding, content and domain remain yours throughout. Handover arrangements, including what happens if you ever move hosting, are set out in writing before the build starts.
What happens after launch?
We host, monitor and maintain the site under your monthly plan, and you have direct access to us — the people who built it — for changes, questions and support.
